Robuck Security is committed to delivering high-quality infosec services to healthcare startups. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our process for service delivery, timelines, client responsibilities, and dispute resolution.
Scope of Services
We provide cybersecurity compliance and risk management services, including but not limited to:
- SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST compliance readiness
- Security risk assessments and gap analyses
- Policy and procedure development
- Vendor risk management
- Security awareness training
- Incident response planning and tabletop exercises
Service Delivery Process
Engagement Kickoff
- A project exploration call will be scheduled before the statement of work is drafted to define objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Upon contract execution, a dedicated security consultant will be assigned to your project.
Project Milestones
- A detailed project roadmap will be provided in the statement of work.
- Regular status updates will be shared on a biweekly basis.
- Deliverables will be reviewed and finalized in collaboration with the client.
Completion and Acceptance
- Upon project completion, a final review meeting will be conducted.
- Clients must review and provide feedback within 30 business days of deliverable submission.
- Absence of feedback within the stipulated time will be considered acceptance of the deliverables.
Timelines and Turnaround
- Standard service turnaround times vary based on scope and complexity.
- Expedited service options may be available for an additional fee.
- Any changes to agreed timelines due to client delays will require a revised delivery schedule.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to necessary documentation and personnel.
- Respond to inquiries and feedback requests within agreed timelines.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Dispute Resolution
- Any concerns regarding service fulfillment must be raised in writing within 30 business days of deliverable submission.
- We will work collaboratively to resolve disputes within 30 business days.
- If resolution is not achieved, the matter may be escalated as per the terms of the service agreement.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel services within 30 days of engagement for a partial refund, subject to service completion percentage.
- No refunds will be issued for completed or near-complete projects.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 30 business days.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
